Chapter 2

Alone, I thought, as I stood staring up into the monstrous walls of this tower. I looked around, and spotted a box laying on the ground a few feet away. It was too heavy to pick up, so I pushed it around the base floor of the tower until I found a ramp. I decided it would be best to push the box up the ramp, as it seemed to be useless anywhere else in the room.

Pushing the box up the ramp and along a narrow pathway brought me to a vine clinging to a small ledge. I placed the box up against the ledge and climbed up on top of it. From the top of the wooden box I grabbed on to the vine and used my arm strength to pull myself up onto the ledge.

From there I stood, and looked up to the top of the tower. Intricate winding bridges and Muka Boxes were above me; they were very intimidating, I must say. I took a final glance at what lay ahead, then jumped on, pushing boxes and maneuvering around spikes as I began my journey through this ancient tower.

At last, I had reached the top of the tower, looking down at all the puzzles I had solved and slowly walking to the door out… I took a key I had picked up out of my pocket and fixed it into the lock. Click! the gateway was unlocked. I stepped through the opening and appeared in what seemed to be a winding tunnel. The walls appeared to be dug out of the ground, and a light moss grew upon the floor.

I walked forward and heard the door close behind me. I was alone again.
